Scripture:
Psalm 147:3
"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."
Reflection:
Consider the story of the woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25-34). Her faith in Jesus’ healing power led to her physical and emotional restoration. Reflect on any emotional or spiritual wounds you carry, especially those related to fatherly relationships. How can you invite Jesus, as your Everlasting Father, into these areas for healing and restoration? What steps can you take to allow His healing touch to transform your heart?
Prayer:
Father, I bring my wounds before You, seeking Your healing touch. Help me to forgive those who have hurt me and to find wholeness in Your love. Thank You for being the perfect Father who understands my pain and offers comfort and healing. Amen.
Action:
Take a step towards healing by writing a letter of forgiveness to someone who has hurt you. You don’t have to send it, but let it be a step towards releasing the pain and inviting God’s healing. Consider seeking counsel from a pastor or Christian counselor to guide you through the healing process.
