Scripture:
Esther 4:14
"For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?"
Reflection:
Esther didn't choose her circumstances, orphaned, exiled, living in a foreign land. Yet God positioned her exactly where she needed to be. Like Esther, you haven't arrived at this moment by accident. Your job, your neighborhood, your relationships, your season of life, God has placed you here intentionally. The question isn't whether God has a plan, but whether you'll recognize the moment He's prepared you for. What if everything you've experienced has been preparation for what God wants to do through you right now?
Prayer:
Father, open my eyes to see that I am where I am for Your purposes. Help me recognize that my current position, whether I chose it or not, is part of Your sovereign plan. Give me spiritual awareness to see the "such a time as this" moments You're placing before me. I don't want to miss what You're doing. In Jesus' name, amen.
Action:
Write down three specific aspects of your current life situation (job, location, relationships, skills). Ask God to show you how He might use each one for His purposes in this season.
